• The optical compact Digitizer HSdig is designed for automatic 3D measurement and digitization of objects up to 220 mm diameter and a height of 40mm.
• The full field measurement in combination with the automatic operation and the patented MultiView technique produce fast and highly accurate inspection results.

• The object is positioned on a rotation table and illuminated by the digital fringe projector. The camera records several fringe patterns at different rotation steps of the object.
• The system is modular in design and can be delivered in four different versions from 2 ½ D inspection of flat objects up to complex 3D objects.
• A special high precision version includes corrigated lenses for inspection of optical components as lenses, etc.
• The generated point clouds can be post processed with commercial software packages for inspection, quality control, reverse engineering according to the user’s application. The HSdig system co-operates perfectly with software packages, such as Polyworks Inspector and Modeler (Innovmetric), Studio and Qualify (Raindrop Geomagic), Base, CADcompare, Surface (Metris), etc. All software packages can be integrated into the HSdig system.
• Applications range from quality inspection of cast or forged components, inspection of tools, CAD/CAE applications, reverse engineering, prototyping, medicine, etc.

HSdig Planar Basis
With a single rotation axis HSdig Planar Basis can be used for 2 ½ D objects, such as rather flat components, plates, sheets, etc. The measuring volume is 90mm diameter and 40 mm height.
